Diet Update Week 3

Here are my results this week:

*Gained 1/2 a pound
*Lost 0 inches off my waist
*Lost 1 inch off my hips

I am disappointed and frustrated because I still have not cheated at all and I GAINED weight. Ya ya, it's probably muscle but I'm still bummed. However, I am just now even more motivated to work that much harder this week! Wish me luck!
