Goodbye Late Night Studying...
It has been a long hard road for Parker. He has been in school forever but has much to show for it. It's been hard watching all our friends who aren't in school and have nights and weekends free. I know that we are blessed to have been able to do this much schooling and (hopefully) it will pay off in the long run, but it has still been hard. I feel like it has been especially hard on Parker because he has had to deal with preemie twins (who were a TON of work for both of us the first year) and now a super prego wife (who is pretty much helpless at this stage). He has really had to step it up and be much more than just a student. Not surprisingly, he rose to the challenge and succeeded. I am confident he will do well on the bar, he deserves it more than anybody.
I look forward to the new Parker who doesn't have blood shot eyes and is not constantly stressing about studies. The boys already have quite the list of things they want to do with daddy when he gets home from Oregon (including building a tree house, haha). It's been hard for them to let daddy study because they just adore him and want so badly to play with him all the time. Hopefully in between his trips to DC and us having a baby he can spent some quality father son time with them.
I love you babe and am so so so proud of you. Good luck on the bar and we can't wait till you come home!!!!
Not the best picture of Parker but, let's face it, between allergies and so many late nights, this is what he looks like lately...

I Love My Boys...
I love how they just go back and forth from head to toes, haha. They have been playing so cute together today it just makes me so grateful for twins. They are such best friends and are always looking out for eachother. I love when Jack runs to get me, "Mommy Joshy needs a wipe in the bafroom." Or when Jackson is trying to "fick the tree" so Josh runs inside and gets him some snow gloves to help "so his hands don't get hurt." They really don't fight much and I love watching them interact. Today for about half an hour they sat at the piano and took turns choosing a primary song to play and sing, it just made my heart melt. I love that they take pride in eachother's accomplishments, I dread the day where competition starts. Right now they get SO excited for eachother when they do something well. They also share so well, and if it's ever a problem they just ask me to "set the timer" and as soon as it goes off they're so excited to give it to the other one. Their new favorite thing lately is to pee "at the same time together" into the toilet, haha, being the mother of twin boys has sure loosened me up!!!
Jackson is really concerned about baby Trevor coming and likes to clean up his messes so that Trevor doesn't chew on his toys. He also asked me if Trevor could sleep with him so he could help him when he cries. How precious is that? He likes to sing songs to the baby and hug my belly, which is just adorable. He keeps asking me if baby Trevor can go outside without his shoes on, or if he has to wear shoes like he does. I really want to freeze them at this age, it is SO much fun! I love my boys so much!!!

River Rafting...
Sounds like everyone had fun, even poor Jackson who fell in a cactus! That night in the tub I hear Jack say, "Joshy, caccusses are NOT good!" Haha! They are such lucky boys to have had such a fun summer with so many fun people who love them so much!!!
Randomness...
Giddyup cowboy/cowgirl...Cute Joshy...Cute Jackson...Remember the kids rodeo where they got to chase the animals? Here are some pics...If you look closely you can see that Josh is absolutely bawling, and walking AWAY from the animals, hahaha...One of their favorite things to do at Grandma's house is to fill up balloons with helium and let them go in the sky...Jumping on the tramp with sprinklers...poor Joshy's swimming suit is just too big!!!Apparently a baby bird fell out of the tree and the boys were very interested and concerned...

Yes, I'm Alive...
Two weeks from today is the bar exam, poor Parker is very stressed and overwhelmed with all he has to learn. I know he will do well, but it's easy for me to say that since I'm not the one that actually has to TAKE the test! Not only does he have to study for the biggest test of his life but he also has to deal with me and the boys because there are some days where I'm just exhausted and can barely function. Everyone pray for him!
The boys are doing great, they are loving living out here and loving the short drive to see Grandma, Grandpa, Tegan, and Christine. Lindsay came out to visit on Saturday and we had so much fun. The boys were SO excited when she got here! How are we gonna tear them away from the family they love so much???
Lastly, our house hunting is not going so well. Unlucky for us, the rental market in DC is BOOMING so we are having a hard time finding a place. The good places seriously are gone in like 24 hours. Since we're not out there, we have to wait for pictures etc and by then, someone has already seen it in person and signed the lease. SO, it may come down to Parker just packing up and finding us a place when he gets there with our stuff!
Anyways, sorry this is kinda a negative post. I'm kinda down on things right now but I know we're blessed to have this little baby coming to our family, to have had the chance to go to law school, to live out here in Neola, and I GUESS somehow moving to DC is a blessing right!?
Parker is taking the boys rafting tomorrow so hopefully he can get some cute pics and then I'll do a cute happy post. =)

Fourth of July Weekend...
Friday night my parents came out to Neola for the kids rodeo. We signed the boys up for the bunny chase and the chicken chase and they were SO excited about it, talked about it for days. But when the time actually came, and they saw all the animals and all the kids...they got scared and stayed by daddy crying the whole time, haha. Such city boys! It was hilarious to watch, although I felt very sorry for all the poor little animals terrified of all these kids running and jumping on them trying to catch them! So sad!
Saturday Parker and I headed out to Provo for the Stadium of Fire! My wonderful in laws watched the boys for us Saturday and Sunday, which was kinda sad to not be with them for fireworks but they would NOT have wanted to sit through the whole Stadium of Fire. It sounds like the boys had fun though. Anyways, Stadium of Fire was really really cool. The Jonas Brothers were there and people just went crazy! I couldn't believe it! I didn't really care much about them but the fireworks were awesome!
Sunday Parker and I went to church in our Lehi ward (gosh we miss it!) then headed up to my sister's house for a BBQ/birthday celebration for David and my mom! It was a lot of fun. I love my family and love being all together. Parker and I were super bummed we missed Michelle's birthday on Sunday but since we don't get to see my family much anymore we decided we couldn't pass up this chance. Here are some pics from the festivities...
David and his girls...
Dana and Mason...
It was a bittersweet weekend because I couldn't help but think that I'm going to be missing out on these family things from now on, which makes me so sad! Also, the thought of taking Jackson and Josh away from their grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, and cousins just breaks my heart because they love them so much! Ah why is life taking us to DC? I'm sure there's a reason, we just don't know it.
Anyways, all is well with the pregnancy. I'm 36 weeks, dialated to a 2, and the baby's head is very very low. My doctor said he would be surprised if I went to my due date. We're just hoping he can wait till after July 30th so Parker will be back from taking the bar exam in Oregon! We'll see!!!!
